This is a group of sample files from one pGEM
(control plasmid) sequencing run. The purpose of posting them are:
Provide you with a chance to evaluate the
quality of our sequencing runs.
Provide you with a chance to practice the
result viewing with packaged files. Mac users can also practice the file
conversion of the PC based electropherogram to the Mac format.
Non-packaged pGEM sequencing result
files (please click on them to down
load and save them to your hard disk for further viewing):

The two files in "I"
[pGEM_(ABI)_A01.ab1 and pGEM_(ABI)_A01.seq] are packaged into one file: pGEM.zip. Please follow the following instructions
to expand and view your results:
Start the StuffIt Expander program you just installed
Choose File, Open; then choose to open the pGEM.zip file that you just saved
on your hard disk. A folder named pGEM containing the unpacked files will be generated at the
same place where the pGEM.zip file is.
